Hannah is a one of a kind personal trainer. As a fat woman recovering from a serious injury, I was understandably very nervous about starting to train again. Hannah always put me at ease - regularly checking in, listening to my feedback and adjusting the programme when necessary. If you want empathy and results then Hannah is the PT for you!

Hannah is the first trainer I’ve worked with and not felt any pressure to lose weight or inches, or to pair my workouts with a restrictive diet. Her anti-diet approach is a breath of fresh air for someone with a history of eating disorders and exercise addiction; she’s allowed me to take back control and feel safe in a gym environment again. Hannah’s workouts are all considerate of my chronic conditions, with her taking time to adjust or modify my workouts depending on how I’m feeling on the day. I underwent a couple of surgeries last year and couldn’t thank her enough for her flexibility, patience and overall help in the rehab process. With Hannah, you get a great friend and an empowering trainer in one – I couldn’t recommend her enough.

It is so refreshing to have found Hannah! Hannah is a PT with a difference- she doesn't push me into dieting within an inch of my life or adhering to an unrealistic way of life. Instead, she tailors sessions to the types of exercises I enjoy and offers advice and support outside of our sessions on how best to handle the nutrition element of my hectic weeks, which often include a lot of socialising. I'm stronger and happier than ever- she is a friend and my PT!
